 Dear Students 

Welcome to SASTRA & Wishing you all the very best for the commencement of your academic journey at SASTRA  

1. Bus transport for the I Year students (B.Com. (CA)/ B.Com. (BFSI)/M.Sc. (Intg.), Integrated B.Ed./ M.Tech./ M.B.A./ M.C.A./ M.Sc. of Thanjavur Campus) shall commence from 9^thJuly 2026
2. Interested students are requested to register their boarding point in Admission portal( Click here) as per the schedule given below.
3. The list of boarding points with the annual bus transport fee will be available in the admission portal
4. The buses will be operated only at the listed boarding points.
5. The applicable bus transport fee shall be raised as dues in the admission portal after registration.
6. Upon registration, pay the applicable amount within the deadline.
7. Bus allotment shall be done only for paid registrants.
8. No refund of the transport fee once paid and bus allotment at any circumstances
9. If the number of registrantsat a boarding point is less, bus shall not be operated on that route, and the bus fee shall be fully refunded to the registrant.

Bus Registration closes: 03-Jul-2026 05:00 p.m.

Last Date for Payment of Bus Transport Fee: 03-Jul-2026 05:00 p.m.

Intimation of Bus No to Paid Registrants: 08-Jul-2026  10:00 a.m.
