Admissions  Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility Criteria for all degree programmes

B. Tech./5 Year Integrated M. Tech. Programme
  • A pass in the +2 examination with Mathematics & Physics as compulsory subjects of study with either Chemistry / Bio-Technology / Computer Science / Biology and recognized by any State Board / Central Board or any other accepted by SASTRA as equivalent to 10+2 examination, with a minimum +2 aggregate of 60% marks in a single sitting. Applicants without Mathemetics are eligible to apply for B.Tech.- Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Bioengineering, M.Tech. (5 Yr Integrated)- Biotechnology, Medical Nanotechnology
  • Students with diploma in Engineering /Technology are eligible for direct admission to the second year of the relevant B.Tech. Programme.
  • AGE: The candidate should not have completed 19 years as on 01.08.2025 (21 years for Lateral Entry)

Integrated Law Programme

A pass in Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) (academic stream only) from a recognized board in the first attempt with a minimum aggregate of 50% with English as a subject of study.

Age: The applicant should not have completed 19 years as on 01.08.2025.

MBA

Any recognized bachelor's degree of minimum three years. Preference will be given to CAT / XAT / AIMAT / CMAT / AIMCAT scores.

MCA

Any recognized bachelor's degree of minimum three years with Mathematics as a subject of study in +2 or qualifying degree course

M.Sc. Programme
M.Sc. Programme A valid UG degree in related discipline from a recognized university
M.Sc. (5 Year Integrated) Programme A Pass in +2 Examinations from a recognized Board
M.Sc. Biotechnology B. Sc. (Biotech.) / Valid UG Degree in relevant field from a recognized University.
M.Sc. Chemistry B. Sc. (Chemistry) / Valid UG Degree in relevant field from a recognized University
M.Sc. Data Science B.Sc., Mathematics, Computer Science,Statistics / BCA / Valid UG Degree in relevant field from a recognized University.
M.Sc. Physics B. Sc. (Physics / Applied Electronics / Industrial Electronics) / Valid UG Degree in relevant field from recognized University.
B.Com. (C.A. / BFSI) B. Sc / B.B.A / B.C.A / B.A

A pass in +2 examinations from a recognized board

B.Sc., B.Ed., / B.A., B.Ed programme

A pass in +2 (or) its equivalent examinations from a recognised board or its equivalent

B.Optom. Programme

A Pass in the +2 examination in a single sitting in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics or Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology from recognised State Board / Central Board or any other Board accepted by SASTRA as equivalent to 10+2, with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks in all subjects.

M. Com

A valid B. Com. / B.A., (Corp. Sec) / B.B.A., degree from a recognized university

Fine Arts
