Project Description | The project will explore the pathophysiology of myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury in rat exposed to PM2.5 from diesel exhaust. |
Desirable | The applicant having documented experience from studies of myocardial ischemia and reperfusion in isolated heart models and/or in vivo models are preferred. Experience from laboratory methods including Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, enzyme assays and cell cultures are preferred. |
