The monthly mess bill and hostel fees must be paid through on-line banking services offered by City Union Bank Ltd. only. No other form of payment is acceptable.

To enable students / parents to make such payment, each student must open Savings Bank Account with City Union Bank Ltd., Thanjavur Branch. To facilitate this process, students can submit their account opening form online @ http://www.cityunionbank.com/sastra/index.html. The online account opening form will be available between 10^th and 16^th August 2011. After submitting the application form, each student is expected to submit a passport size photo recently taken and receipt from the City Union Bank, between 17^th and 20^th August 2011 to collect their account number and welcome kit. The City Union Bank counter will be located in front of the Accounts Office.

Students are advised to strictly comply with the timeline to ensure that there is no delay in opening the Savings Bank Account.
