Essential Qualification	First Class in M. A / M. Com / MBA / MSW / or any relevant PG in social sciences, Preferably with UGC NET/SET/CSIR
Desirable Skills	Fundamental knowledge of the Vedas, Basic Science, Skills in Computer Programming and intrest in Research.
